#13 - Fruit of the Poisonous Tree

#13 - Fruit of the Poisonous Tree

Trump appointees are fruit of Trump's poisonous tree. 'Fruit of the poisonous tree' is a legal doctrine making the evidence inadmissible if it derives from evidence obtained illegally. The same way unlawfully obtained evidence is discarded, treasonously obtained cabinet officials should also be discarded.

When Trump is impeached, his VP Mike Pence and all other appointees especially U.S. Supreme Court justice Neil Gorsuch, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, and Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos should all be ousted and join Trump on the treason train.

Also discussed in this message is the unending carousel of dysfunction in Trump's White House. Since the campaign began in 2015, Trump has fired two campaign chairs Corey Lewandowski and Paul Manafort. After taking office, Trump lost his original communications director Mike Dubke, he fired national security advisor Michael Flynn, Trump fired FBI Director James Comey despite the fact that Comey was investigating Trump for Russia related collusion, he fired press secretary Sean Spicer, then chief of staff Reince Preibus. Just three days later, new chief of staff John Kelly fired Anthony Scaramucci as communications director after Scaramucci ("The Mooch") held the job for only 11 days.

Trump promised 'so much winning [our] heads will spin.' Well, he's right, his administration has broken three records:

1) Flynn was the shortest tenured national security advisor - 21 days
2) Preibus was the shortest tenured chief of staff - 189 days
3) Scaramucci was the shortest tenured communications director - 11 days
